Who are the players in the band?

We come from many walks of life but are united by our enthusiasm for keeping alive the big band sound.  Some have been playing for decades, others for just a few years.

What sort of events could you play for?

We’ll consider anything!  Dinner dances, charity balls, weddings, parties, barbecues, concerts – indoors or outside.

How long does the band play for?

We can play for anything from 45 minutes to 3 hours in a double act with our associated band.  Get in touch to discuss how we could help your event go with a swing!

How much space do you need?

The full Swing Band needs around a space of at least 8m x 4m and access to mains power.  If your venue is small then talk to us about providing a smaller group or our associated band – The Blues Connection.

Do you charge a fee to play?

We cover the running costs of the band then all that we earn supports our chosen charity, Hammer Out.  Get in touch to discuss your event and we can agree an appropriate fee.
